great picture, i always love that style!
Though one thing that bothers me is the 2 white lines at her nose and her upper lip... it grabs the attention too much because its just 2 lines coming out of nowhere... i know its supposed to be her head hair... but in my opinion you shouldn't have done them there

still 8/9!
